新人事制度説明会を行いました。

令和4年2月19日、新人事制度説明会を行いました。

りそな総合研究所様のご協力のもと、新たな人事制度を構築し、導入するための説明会を実施いたしました。

なお、4月より昇進者の発表と、4月より弊社技術開発アドバイザーに昇任する伊澤恭介様、CSRアドバイザーに昇任する汐中義樹様の発表をいたしました。

これからも社員一丸となり、更により良い会社を目指してまいります。

We held New Personnel System Briefing！

On February 19, 2022, we held New Personnel System Briefing.

With the cooperation of Resona Research Institute Co., Ltd, we held a briefing to new personnel system.

In addition, we announced the promotion from April, Kyosuke Izawa who will be promoted to our technology development advisor from April, and Yoshiki Shionaka who will be promoted to CSR advisor.

We will continue to make a company-wide effort to improve quality.
